General
What conditions do you treat?
I have an extensive background in rehab for neurological (stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, traumatic brain injury), respiratory (COPD, IPF, bronchiectasis and others), and general physical impairments. I also treat MSK pain, soft tissue injuries, arthritis, and support post-surgical recovery.
Where do you cover?
Home visits across North London (e.g., Barnet, Finchley, Enfield, Hampstead and nearby). If you’re unsure if I cover your area, ask and I’ll confirm.
Are you HCPC registered?
Yes — I’m HCPC registered (reg number PH134533) and fully insured as a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
Appointments & Booking
How do I book?
Tap any “Book Now” button or use the contact form. You'll get a free 10–15 minute intro call, then a Stripe payment link to confirm your booking, along with a consent form and appointment details.
How long are sessions?
Home visits: Initial 60–75 mins; follow-ups 45–60 mins. In-clinic: Initial 60 mins; follow-ups 45–60 mins. Online: 45–60 mins via secure video.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Charges may apply to late cancellations or missed appointments.
Home Visits
What should I prepare for a home visit?
Clear a small safe space, wear comfortable clothing, and have any recent clinic letters or medication lists to hand. I bring essential equipment and follow infection-control standards.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel within my normal coverage is included. For addresses further out, I’ll confirm any small travel supplement in advance.
In-Clinic & Online
Where is the clinic?
I organise an accessible treatment room in North London — full address and access info are provided when you book. If you prefer not to travel, you can book home or online sessions.
What do I need for online sessions?
A device with camera and a stable internet connection. I’ll send a secure video link. Try to position the camera so I can see you moving clearly.
Pricing, Insurance & Admin
How do I pay?
Secure card payment via Stripe or a bank transfer. You’ll receive a receipt and invoice automatically.
Do you accept private medical insurance?
I’m a private practice and can provide invoices/receipts for you to claim back if your insurer allows self-pay reimbursement. Please check your policy.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Records are stored in a GDPR-compliant system (WriteUpp) with appropriate access controls. I only keep information necessary for your care.
