Scope of Services

Ask Alex Physiotherapy provides physiotherapy services including assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation advice. Services are delivered in person (home visits or clinic) and online. Physiotherapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care.

Booking & Cancellations

• Appointments may be booked via email, phone, or through our online platform.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a full session fee.
• We may reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or emergencies).

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed upon booking.

Online Consultations

Online sessions are suitable for assessments, guided rehabilitation, and advice. Clients must ensure a safe environment and disclose relevant health conditions. We are not liable for injuries sustained during unsupervised exercise.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate health and contact information.
• Inform us of changes to your condition or medications.
• Follow clinical advice and safety instructions during treatment.

Intellectual Property

All website content (text, graphics, logo, media) is the property of Ask Alex Physiotherapy and may not be reproduced without permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse or interfere with the website, upload malicious code, or infringe upon the rights of others.

Limitation of Liability
